Okay, so I’m blogging. Or I guess until I really get into the hang of it, I’m actually attempting to blog. Anyhoo, so as you (hopefully) can tell by the name, this is yet another blog about cooking, food, eating…all of it. I’m not a professional cook (but gaaawwddd to be a professional eater! would I have a resume for THAT) but I was raised by a woman who can COOK, and cook southern, can I get an amen?
So in an effort to eat better, do better and I guess, BE better, I’m trying to make more things from scratch, use the fewest amounts of processed foods as possible and take my favorite recipes and get them healthified. Wish me luck!
Don’t get me wrong, this blog won’t only be about healthy foods. There will be recipes with butter. And pictures of things covered in gravy. And recipes for things with melted cheese inside. You betcha.
